Food system sustainability is an emerging area in food and nutrition. This module will offer a clear understanding of food systems and sustainability, illustrate connections between current food system issues and nutrition and health, suggest leadership roles for food and nutrition practitioners in the sustainable food systems arena, and provide tools for educators of future practitioners.
